I received an arrangement, sent by my husband. I was not very happy with the flowers, so I called and spoke with Laura and Mandy Both were very professional and went above and beyond to make things right. I am very happy with how they handled this situation and they sent me a whole new arrangement. VERY GOOD customer service and my 2nd arrangement is lovely.

I have been tanning here a few weeks now and the beds are always clean and ready to go! They do a great job keeping their beds hot and their facility clean. They also have a large selection of tanning products and all the girls there seem very knowledgeable over the products they carry.

My Order from the Flower Boutique was online and a great experience. I ordered on a Saturday morning and it was delivered the same day. I also requested a certain type of balloon in the comment section, they called me immediately and told me they were out of that balloon could they they replace it with more food items. Great customer service. I will definitely use them again.

I ordered online, and had a couple of special requests for the gift arrangement. They weren’t able to meet the all of the colors of roses I specified, but called me within 30 minutes of when I submitted he order. They offered several substitute options, and were very apologetic for not having one of the colors I ordered, due to the Valentine’s Day rush. I would definitely use Flower Boutique again.
